New Austin Station
The new Austin Station lies adjacent to the newly developed Kowloon West district and provides convenient and easy access to the residential and commercial districts of Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan as well as the China Ferry Terminal. Kowloon Station is just a few minutes' walk away.
East Meets West at Hung Hom
Hung Hom Station is the new terminus for both West Rail Line and East Rail Line. Two pairs of adjacent platforms make interchanging between the two Lines easy and convenient. Passengers can also refer to the LCD display boards located at platforms for train information.
Hung Hom Station platform arrangement

West Rail Line and East Rail Line trains have a different number of coaches. Passengers interchanging between the lines can follow the directional signs to the waiting areas for boarding.
West Rail Line to East Rail Line Interchange
Passengers changing from the West Rail Line to the East Rail Line should get off at Hung Hom Station and cross to the adjacent platform for their East Rail Line train. Regardless of whether they are heading for Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau, passengers can simply board the first East Rail Line train departing from adjacent platform and change at Sheung Shui Station for their planned destination.
East Rail Line to West Rail Line Interchange
As Hung Hom Station will become the new terminus of the East Rail Line, passengers changing from the East Rail Line to West Rail Line should get off at Hung Hom Station and cross to the adjacent platform for Tuen Mun bound trains which will stop at East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and all other stations along the West Rail Line.
For Journeys Starting from Hung Hom Station
Train information is clearly displayed at the concourses and platforms. Passengers travelling on either the West Rail or East Rail Line can check the departure times, destinations and platform numbers of the next six trains on the Main Departure Indicator before they enter the gate. Next Train Indicators at prominent locations leading to the platform show the next two trains leaving that particular platform - so easy and so simple.

Main Departure Indicators are located at concourses and information of the next six train services is displayed for easy reference.

Next Train Indicators at prominent locations leading to platform show a green light for next train departure.
For Journeys Starting from East Tsim Sha Tsui Station
After the opening of the West Rail Line extension, East Tsim Sha Tsui Station will become a West Rail Line station. Trains will depart for Tuen Mun from Platform 1 and Platform 2 for Hung Hom. Passengers wishing to continue their journey on the East Rail Line must interchange at Hung Hom Station.
