Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme

Mainland China and International Businesses is one of MTR’s three strategic pillars. Since 2021, we have participated in the Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme launched by the HKSAR Government. To align with our business needs and to match individual profiles and aspirations, we offer career opportunities for the youth to gain valuable working experience in the Greater Bay Area and pursue their career aspirations.

We are looking for:

Hong Kong residents aged between 18 to 29 who have graduated from a recognised Hong Kong or overseas university and holding a bachelor’s degree or above with the following attributes:

• Strong enthusiasm to develop career in the Greater Bay Area
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Willingness to station in Shenzhen for 18 months

Appointment will be made on 18-month contract terms. Interested candidates may apply online on or before 30 April 2025.
