Customer Service Officer - South Island Line/ Disneyland Resort Line
Responsibilities
•Provide quality customer services in the South Island Line (SIL) or Disneyland Resort Line (DRL) stations and Fully Automatic Operation (FAO) trains, monitor passenger flow and train service as well as perform platform duties
•Handle train defect and service recovery, including performing train driving duties when necessary
•Carry out regular station and train inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards as well as smooth functioning of equipment and facilities
•Assist the Duty Station Controller or Roving Team-In-Charge to handle incidents or other tasks
Requirements
•Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English Language
•Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua or other languages is an advantage
•Customer-centric mindset with effective and empathetic communication skills
Remarks
•Required to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours with an estimated average monthly income of HK$22,000 (including the shift duty related allowance*, laundry allowance, 13th month pay and annual discretionary award)
•Reporting for duty during adverse weather will be eligible for related allowances
•The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
