Train Services Assistant

Responsibilities
• Attend the trains running between Sheung Shui Station and Lok Ma Chau Station and provide assistance to the Train Captain in the event of incidents
• Assist in carrying out detrainment in case of service disruptions and support on crowd control during festivals or special events
• Conduct ticket inspections in the First Class compartments of the East Rail Line
• Enforce MTR by-laws and assist passengers in need

Requirements
• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English Language
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Remarks
• Monthly salary: $6,500
• 20 working hours per week (fixed roster at 4 hours per shift)
• Duty hours: 7:00am-11:00am
