Collaboration

To ensure the performance of a smooth, uninterrupted service, the Corporation maintains a close contact with both the Government and the emergency services in all operational aspects of the Railway. Regular exercises are conducted in simulated emergency situations to ensure a close co-ordination between the staff members of the Corporation's emergency services for efficient recovery of regular passenger service in the event of accidents.
