MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract C7178.B-17E : Provision of Digital Wall Panel at HOK.
The digital wall panel comprises of a 4K UHD digital display panel of size around 7.2m (W) x 4.5m (H) and 16:9 in aspect ratio and adjacent to it a 4K UHD 65” LCD panel at the central subway of Hong Kong Station (HOK) near the escalator leading to Exit C. The scope of works shall include design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, warranty and maintenance services of the digital wall panel system; and connection and interface with the existing digital advertising platform of the Corporation for the development, scheduling and distribution of video content and interactive programs to the display panels via media players to be installed in the station.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in December 2016 and tenders will be invited in Q1 2017.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties who having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 9 December 2016 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00 pm (Hong Kong Time) on 29 December 2016.
