MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the maintenance services for the mimic display panel system in Tsing Yi Operations Control Centre (OCC).
The existing mimic display panel system in Tsing Yi OCC comprises a digital light processing (DLP) video-wall display panel system and a LCD video-wall display panel system. The DLP video-wall display panel system displays the information of railway signalling, overhead line traction and environmental control indications and CCTV images, whereas the LCD video-wall display panel system displays the information of Operation Information Management System (OIMS). The main components of the mimic display panel system in Tsing Yi OCC include the DLP projector display cubes/modules employing LED light sources, LCD displays, controllers, servers, network equipment and the associated cables, accessories and system software.
The scope of the maintenance services comprises the comprehensive maintenance services for the mimic display panel system in Tsing Yi OCC, including non-traffic hour standby, 24-hour failure follow up, corrective and preventive maintenance, provision of spares and reporting to ensure safe, continuous and efficient operation of the system.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in August 2019 and tenders will be invited in November 2019.
