MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of the maintenance services for the existing Main Control Systems (MCS) installed in the Operations Control Centre (OCC) at Tsing Yi, stations, tunnels, depots, training centres, feeder stations and ancillary buildings along Airport Express, Disneyland Resort Line, Tseung Kwan O Line, Tung Chung Line, West Rail Line, South Island Line, Tuen Ma Line (TML), Sai Ying Pun Station, Hong Kong University Station and Kennedy Town Station of Island Line, and Whampoa Station and Ho Man Tin Station of Kwun Tong Line, the existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) installed in the stations, depots and ancillary buildings along Light Rail and the Electrical and Mechanical Interface (EMIF) and Integrated Local Control Panel (ILCP) from Tai Wai Station to Wu Kai Sha Station of TML and at Lok Ma Chau Station.
The scope of the maintenance services includes the comprehensive corrective and preventive maintenance for the MCS and SCADA comprising servers, workstations, network equipment, programmable logic controllers, front end processors, remote terminal units, integrated backup panels, hard-button panels, software, uninterruptible power supplies, cabinets, the associated power / network cables and the electrical accessories as well as the EMIF and ILCP. Comprehensive inspection, cleaning, servicing, 24-hour on-call and emergency services, fault rectification, defective part replacement and repair, examination and testing will be performed to ensure safe, continuous and efficient operation of the MCS, SCADA, EMIF and ILCP.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in April 2020 and tenders will be invited in June 2020.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 20 April 2020 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 4 May 2020.
