Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Applicants for the services described below.
1. Background Information
MTR Corporation Limited (“the Corporation”) invites qualified companies to express their interest in tendering for the Framework Agreement for provision of Event Management and Public Relations (PR) Services for 15 shopping malls as follows:
Telford Plaza, Maritime Square, PopCorn, The Lane, The LOHAS, The Wai, THE SOUTHSIDE, ELEMENTS, Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, Citylink Plaza, Ocean Walk, Plaza Ascot, Hanford Plaza and Sun Tuen Mun Centre
2. Scope of Services
The successful Agents will be invited to submit proposals for provision of PR or/ and Event Management Services when requirement arises during the contract period of three (3) years.
Part 1: Event Management Services
The scope of services includes:
- Concept development of tactical campaign or thematic events
- Event management and execution including but not limited to production, design and manpower deployment
- Necessary licenses / certificates for the event, or copyrights of material used for the event
Part 2: PR Services
- Comprehensive PR services including idea/news angles generation, content development of media materials, media pitching, media liaison and news monitoring
- Event management of media/PR related events

5. Deadline to Return Answers / Information
Suitable Applicants shall download a Prequalification Questionnaire via below link. The Questionnaire shall be completed and returned with all required documents to email vickiwycheung@mtr.com.hk or to the above address no later than 2:00 p.m. on 17 April 2025 (Hong Kong Time).

6. Other Matters
Applicants responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited. All information submitted including personal data, shall be used by MTR Corporation Limited for the prequalification of tenderers for this Contract.
Applicants shall note and make themselves aware of the Corporation’s ethical and probity requirements which shall be applied throughout the tender and contract periods. Further, Applicants shall not, and shall ensure that its directors, employees, agents and sub-contractors shall not, offer or give any advantage as defined in the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201) to any employee or agent of MTR Corporation Limited. Any breach or non-compliance with this paragraph by the Applicant shall, without affecting its liability for such breach or non-compliance, result in its application not being considered.
Applicants shall not apply for prequalification as a single entity if you intend to act as a supplier, sub-contractor or sub-consultant for another entity who shall also apply for the prequalification, or if you are a partner in a joint venture established to seek prequalification for this Contract.
Companies having linkage to each other, e.g. subsidiaries, holding or sister companies, shall not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for the same contract, whether as a single entity or as a partner of a joint venture. “Sister company” shall mean all companies which are subsidiaries of or otherwise belonging to the same holding company. The existence of a holding-subsidiary relationship shall be determined in accordance with the provisions in Sections 13 to 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. Companies having linkage to each other shall elect which company shall apply for prequalification.
