Recognising the talents and strengths of people from diverse backgrounds, MTR’s “EmpowerZ” Traineeship Pilot Programme is specifically designed to nurture the career development of individuals from ethnically diverse backgrounds (especially non-Chinese) and/or have a disability (including special education needs) and empower them to succeed in the workplace.
Participants in the programme will gain hands-on experience in one of the departments in MTR for 12 months and will be supported by a designated mentor and buddy. They will also develop essential skills and build their confidence through a tailored training curriculum.
The application deadline for this programme is 3rd March 2024. We welcome candidates who are 1) holders of degree / associate degree / higher diploma or equivalent, and 2) have no more than 2 years of work experience to apply via the MTR Careers website.
