Personal information provided by you will be used by MTR Corporation Limited for the purpose of processing the application of "MTR Carriage of Oversized Musical Instrument and Sports Equipment Permit" and carrying out the provisions of the Mass Transit Railway By-laws/Mass Transit Railway (North-west Railway) Bylaw. You must provide the relevant information to complete the above form. The application may not be processed if you fail to provide the required information. Your personal information will not be transferred to any other parties, unless such parties are authorized by law to request the information or otherwise relevant to and necessary for the purposes stated above. Your personal data provided will be kept for as long as necessary to process the application, but such personal data will be destroyed within one year after the expiry of the Permit. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have a right to request access to and correction of your personal information. Such request may be made in writing to MTR Corporation Limited, MTR Headquarters Building, Telford Plaza, 33 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong (Attention: Legal-General Department, Personal Data Privacy Officer).
