When speaking of Lei Yue Mun, seafood is the first thing that comes to people’s minds. Once a mining village, it has now become a famous seafood bazaar thanks to its typhoon shelter location. There are dozens of seafood restaurants on the Seafood Street. When you are there, simply find a restaurant you like and choose your picks from their tank. And the chef will make you the most delicious feast ever! Make sure you book a restaurant located by the seaside so you can feast your eyes on the stunning view of Victoria Habour on the far shore, as well as the round and full moon!

If you want to enjoy the beautiful sunset and delectable seafood, look no further than Lau Fau Shan! Located at the shore of Deep Bay, Lau Fau Shan is well known for its unobstructed sea view and is a great spot for catching the sunset. Coupled with the combination of fresh water and salt water at Deep Bay, Lau Fau Shan is also a place famous for its seafood, especially oysters. Lau Fau Shan Main Street is home to a dozen of seafood eateries, each of which serves fresh seafood and takes pride in their traditional cooking techniques, whether it be steaming, deep-frying or pan-frying.

Located near Castle Peak Bay Typhoon Shelter, Sam Shing Hui in Tuen Mun used to be a fishing village. Today, Sam Shing Hui Seafood Market gathers about a dozen seafood stalls which offer a vast variety of seafood freshly caught in the day, including both common and uncommon ones, as well as different types of crabs. You have the chance to choose the seafood you like at the seafood stalls and ask the restaurant or dai pai dong close by to cook it the way you want. A lot of the restaurants here are located by the seaside so you get to satisfy your appetite and your eyes!
