“Kerry Express @ MTR Shops” new retail solution has been launched!

Online shopping has become an important part of our lives. From now on, you can pick up your online orders conveniently at the nearby stations during your MTR journey!

To offer passengers a seamless and hassle-free e-shopping retail experience, MTR and Kerry e-Commerce have jointly introduced a new retail solution of online shopping with order pick-up at MTR stations. Simply purchase online from Kerry e-Commerce’s partnering merchants and choose “Kerry Express @ MTR Shops” self pick-up service and you can then collect your order on the go at designated stations during your MTR journey.

This service is currently available at 8 designated stations, with a total of 13 stations to be covered this year. All “Kerry Express @ MTR Shops” provide self-service pick-up units for customers to pick up goods. To ensure a safe station environment, all lockers are additionally equipped with security sensors to prevent foreign objects being stored inside. In addition, some of the “Kerry Express @ MTR Shops” are interactive stores providing a selection of products for instant purchase. Customers can purchase their preferred items through interactive screens and pick up goods on the spot.
