“MTR Machines – ‘Shoot’ for Rewards” campaign Terms & Conditions
- MTR Corporation Limited (“MTRCL”) will launch “MTR Machines – ‘Shoot’ for Rewards” campaign (“campaign”) for MTR Mobile registered users (“registered users”). The campaign will be held from 1 December 2024 to 16 January 2025, both dates inclusive (“campaign period”) based on the time records of the server of MTRCL. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL shall be final and binding. Your participation in the campaign constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The campaign is applicable to existing or newly registered users of MTR Mobile who fulfilled the requirements in Clause 3 below during the campaign period (“eligible user”).
- The task of the campaign is to scan the QR code at the exhibition sites and on the posters in stations to collect all 9 “MTR Machines” e-badges (“badge”).
- Each eligible user can earn two rewards (listed below) once by completing the Task during the campaign period.
Reward 1 : A free “MTR Machines” A4 folder (priced at HK$18)
Reward 2 : An instant HK$20 discount upon HK$100 or above purchase of designated products at physical shops of MTR e-Store at Admiralty or Hong Kong West Kowloon stations
- Each registered user is required to download the latest version of MTR Mobile, have a valid MTR Mobile registered account and log in to MTR Mobile account to participate in the campaign. A registered user must go to the designated MTR stations, enable the “Location service” of your mobile device and allow MTR Mobile to access your location, then scan the QR code at the exhibition sites and on the posters in stations to collect the corresponding badges.
- If a registered user fails to meet the stated requirements to collect a badge, the individual badge will be forfeited. If a registered user fails to meet the stated requirements to collect all 9 badges, the registered user will not be able to earn the rewards. Rewards entitlement will be counted based on the records from MTRCL as final.
- Registered users cannot share the completion of the campaign and are limited to the MTR Mobile registered users to participate in the campaign. The collected badges cannot be shared, transferred to another person, cancelled, reversed nor exchanged for cash, and are limited to the registered user accessing the campaign in his/her own MTR Mobile account.
- Whether a registered user can join the campaign and complete the task is subject to the device model used and network performance. All records from the system database of MTRCL are the only official and correct version. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL shall be final and binding.
- Eligible user must collect the rewards in person at the physical shops of MTR e-Store at Admiralty Station or Hong Kong West Kowloon Station on or before 16 January 2025.
Redemption Location and Opening Hours
1) MTR e-Store – Admiralty Station

Opening hours: 11:00 a.m. – 03:00 p.m. and 04:00 – 08:00 p.m. Mon – Sun
2) MTR e-Store – Hong Kong West Kowloon Station
Address: Shop B2-13, Arrival Concourse, Hong Kong West Kowloon Station
Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m. and 03:00 – 07:00 p.m. Mon – Sun
- When claiming the rewards, the “Badge” page and “Settings” page of the registered user account must be opened to display the completion of “MTR Machines – ‘Shoot’ for Rewards” badge collection and registration number respectively to verify the user’s identity (screenshots and in print are not accepted). If the user’s identity cannot be verified due to inaccurate and/or incorrect personal information provided by the user or for any other reasons not caused to MTRCL, or the user fails to claim the prize, his/her eligibility will be revoked and MTRCL will not take any responsibility or provide any form of compensation.
- Each eligible user can claim the rewards once during the campaign period. They must claim both rewards (Rewards 1 and 2) together. If a user only claims one of the rewards, it will be considered as forfeiting the right to claim the unclaimed reward, and the unclaimed reward will not be reissued or exchanged for cash.
- The complimentary “MTR Machines” A4 folder in Reward 1 is randomly distributed. The version of the folder cannot be chosen. Limited stocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Reward 2 refers to an instant HK$20 discount upon HK$100 or above purchase of designated products at physical shops of MTR e-Store at Admiralty or Hong Kong West Kowloon stations. The user must notify the staff and present the “Badge” and “Settings” pages specified in Clause 10 before payment to enjoy the discount. The discount can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. The discount is valid for single transaction only. Split transaction will not be accepted.
- If an eligible user fails to claim the rewards before the end of the opening hours of the physical shops of MTR e-Store on 16 January 2025, the user will be deemed to have waived the right to collect the prize. The rewards cannot be cancelled, reversed or exchanged for cash.
- In case of any violations of these Terms and Conditions, MTRCL reserves the right to disqualify a participant from participation in the campaign, and to hold him/her accountable for any behaviors that disrupt this campaign.
- The pictures are for reference only, and the actual rewards shall prevail.
- After reward collection, the reward will not be re-issued in any event (including without limitation, loss, theft or damage).
- All rewards cannot be resold or exchanged for cash, other products or offers.
- If, in MTRCL's opinion, a participant uses a fake account or hacks and/or modifies the software program in any way, or a participant participates in or procures others to participate in the promotion by any unfair, dishonest, improper or illegal means, or a participant promotes others to participate in this promotion for any benefit without the prior consent of MTRCL, or there is any fraud relating to or abuse of the campaign, MTRCL reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participants from participation and/or receiving the reward or debit from the relevant participant’s MTR Mobile account the amount of the badges or rewards under this campaign without prior notice. MTRCL reserves the right to pursue against any actions that interfere with and/or disrupt the campaign.
- Neither MTRCL nor its affiliates make any representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTRCL and its affiliates disclaim any warranty.
- MTRCL accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage (including any consequential, special, or exemplary damages) arising from the participation in the campaign or relating thereto, to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law.
- As an existing registered user of MTR Mobile, you are not required to provide any additional personal data to us in order to participate in the campaign. - In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL on all matters pertaining to the campaign shall be final and binding.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
- Should there be any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.
- The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
