MTR Mobile Registered Users can earn a free domestic ride for every 10 rides taken with the same Adult Octopus linked to their respective MTR Mobile accounts exit / tap out on Heavy Rail(including Airport Express), Light Rail or MTR Bus*("Promotion"). Each User can earn up to 4 free domestic rides during the Promotional Period. Members of Octopus’s loyalty platform, Easy Earn, can earn a LUBUDS® Group dining eCoupon worth $30 upon completing 10 eligible MTR journeys.

Reward 1: Ride 10 and Get 1 Free Ride!

Each User can earn up to 4 free domestic rides during the Promotional Period.

The “Ride 10 Get 1 Free” stamp card has already been placed on the "Stamps › Valid" page in the My Rewards section of your MTR Mobile. After each Eligible Ride, one stamp will be rewarded and placed on the stamp card within three days after the ride day. After you have accumulated 10 stamps, you can press the “Redeem Now” button on the stamp card on or before 16 August 2024 to redeem the free ride. Any unredeemed stamp cards and respective rewards will be forfeited and deleted after 16 August 2024.

*Not applicable to High Speed Rail and MTR Feeder Bus along the East Rail Line.

Reward 2: Take 10 MTR Rides, Get Unlimited $30 Dining Discounts

Starting from 1-28 July, 2024, Members of Octopus’s loyalty platform, Easy Earn, can link their Adult Octopus to Easy Earn account to earn a LUBUDS® Group dining eCoupon worth $30 upon completing 10 eligible MTR journeys^#. This pass eCoupon can be used for unlimited visits to any of 45 outlets serving a variety of cuisines by 31 August 2024.

^#Customer must pay with the adult Octopus linked with Easy Earn (excluding personalised Octopus with student status) to complete 10 MTR rides (excluding High Speed Rail).

“Ride 10 Get 1 Free” Terms and conditions:

The entire Promotional Period (“Promotional Period”) is from 1 July to 28 July 2024. MTR Mobile Registered Users (“Registered Users” or “Users”) should take note of the following dates:
• Free Ride Redemption Period: 1 July – 16 August 2024
• Validity Period for using the Redeemed Free Ride: On or before 2 January 2025
This Promotion is only available to Registered Users who maintain a valid MTR Mobile account during the Promotional Period and the Free Ride Redemption Period.
To participate in this Promotion, Registered Users shall within the Promotional Period use the same Adult Octopus linked to their respective MTR Mobile accounts to take the Heavy Rail(including Airport Express), Light Rail or MTR buses (excluding the High Speed Rail and MTR Feeder Bus along the East Rail Line) (each an "Eligible Ride"). Journeys with entry and exit at the same station will not be regarded as Eligible Rides.
This Promotion is only applicable to rides by using an Adult Octopus. Rides by using other types of Octopus will not be regarded as Eligible Rides.
One stamp will be rewarded for each Eligible Ride taken during the Promotional Period. The earned stamp will be placed on the stamp card within three days after the day of an Eligible Ride. When you have accumulated 10 stamps within the Promotional Period, you can press the “Redeem Now” button on the stamp card on or before 16 August 2024 to redeem a Free Domestic Ride. Any unredeemed stamps and respective rewards will be forfeited and deleted after the “Free Ride Redemption Period”.
Each Registered User can redeem a maximum of maximum of 4 free rides during the Promotional Period.
Registered Users shall maintain a valid MTR Mobile account during the Promotional Period and the Free Ride Redemption Period to earn stamps and redeem rewards. If Registered Users replace their Octopus linked to their MTR Mobile accounts on the same day after taking an Eligible Ride, the ride paid by the previously linked Octopus on that day shall not be regarded as an Eligible Ride and in any event no stamp shall be rewarded for that ride.
The dates specified above refer to the respective operating hours of business provided by MTR Corporation Limited (“MTRCL”). All records from the system database of MTRCL are the only official and correct records for the purpose of this Promotion.
All rewards in this Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards and are not transferrable nor refundable. MTRCL accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage (including any consequential, special or exemplary damages) arising from participation in this Promotion or relating thereto.
MTRCL fully reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and decision, to withhold or deduct stamps earned from fraudulent or disputable transactions as MTRCL deems fit.
The parties to this agreement do not intend that any term of this agreement should be enforceable, by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, by any entity or person who is not a party to this agreement.
MTRCL reserves the right to alter the promotion mechanics and/or the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice at its absolute discretion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL shall be final and binding.
Should there be any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Upon successful redemption, you must collect the free ride on or before 2 January 2025. Please have your registered MTR Mobile Account logged in and a valid Octopus for collection. The usage of free ride offer shall be bound by MTR Points Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Redeemed offer will be collected at Digital Service Kiosk located in unpaid area of designated MTR stations, please click <locations of Digital Service Kiosk> for details (except those located in Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Airport and AsiaWorld-Expo Stations). For example, traveling to/from Lo Wu Station or Lok Ma Chau Station with an Octopus that carries a Ride Offer is a violation of the terms and conditions, the fare for the full journey will be charged, and the Ride Offer will be voided.
Only one free ride offer will be granted to one Octopus at a time of collection; additional Octopus is required for collecting extra free ride.
Collected free ride offer will be valid for the next domestic applicable paid journey on MTR on the same day after collection (until the end of train service of that day). Any unused gift will be forfeited after this date.
The free ride offer cannot be used in conjunction with MTR Interchange Discount or any other equivalent programmes.
The free ride can be used for a domestic single journey (excluding Airport Express, Light Rail, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations, MTR buses and MTR Feeder Buses). Travelling to / from Lo Wu Station or Lok Ma Chau Station with an Octopus that carries a Ride Offer is a violation of the terms and conditions, the fare for the whole journey will be charged, and the Ride Offer will be voided.
If you interchange between Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui stations, the free ride offer is only applicable to the first journey before interchange but the second journey after interchange will be charged.
