Digital information and services, including:

Virtual Service Ambassador Tracy By integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and multi-language support, this personalised interactive assistant provides instant answers to customer enquiries. Currently, the assistant is available at various stations (including: Quarry Bay, Kai Tak, Airport, Austin and Lo Wu Stations) and will be expanded to more stations in the near future. Various information is offered, including route recommendations, guides to station facilities, nearby attractions, selfie hotspots, etc., to help passengers enjoy a personalised journey.
Next Train Arrival Time Information Real-time updates on the Next Train arrival time and other service information is available at Light Rail stations and all Heavy Rail station platforms, main interchange walkways and at entry/exit gates. Now passengers can better plan their routes for a smoother journey!
Customer Service Centre Digital Panels and Movable Display Units The Customer Service Centre Digital Panels and Movable Display Units are eco-friendly ways for passengers to easily access ticket and crowd management information.
MTR Mobile Traffic News In the event of a service disruption, passengers can use the MTR Mobile, or scan the Travel QR Code in the station or on the train to access the Traffic News. This provides passengers with real-time traffic updates and alternative route suggestions for a stress-free travel experience!
