Terms & Conditions:

  1. MTR Park & Ride (applicable to all station car parks) & Park & Fly Scheme (applicable to Hong Kong, Kowloon and Tsing Yi Stations)
    1. The MTR Park & Ride offer is available from 05:30 on the parking day to 01:00 the following day. A normal hourly rate will apply for non-specified hours.
    2. The Park & Fly daily rate is charged on a consecutive 24-hour basis from parking time with at least two days parking. Each vehicle can enjoy a maximum of 14 parking days for the Park & Fly offer. A normal hourly rate will apply thereafter.
    3. For all MTR Park & Ride and Park & Fly offers (except High Speed Rail Park & Ride), the same Octopus must be used for car park entries / exits and MTR or Airport Express rides (except Light Rail, MTR Bus and MTR Feeder Bus) during the parking period. The Octopus should not have more than nine transaction records between the MTR or Airport Express ride and the payment of parking fee.
  2. Holiday Parking, Park & Greet (applicable to Hong Kong and Kowloon Stations)
    1. Holiday Parking is applicable on Sundays and Public Holidays from 08:00 to 20:00 on parking days.
    2. Park & Greet is applicable to the first hour of parking only. If the parking time exceeds one hour, the normal hourly rate, including the first hour, will apply.
  3. 15 Minutes Free Parking (applicable to Hong Kong, Kowloon, Tsing Yi and Hong Kong West Kowloon Stations)
    The first 15 minutes are free for pick up/drop off purposes. Normal rate parking fee will be charged for parking exceeding 15 minutes (including the first 15 minutes).
  4. High Speed Rail Park & Ride and Day Parking (applicable to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station)
    1. High Speed Rail Park & Ride rate is charged on daily basis (consecutive 24-hour basis from parking time) with a maximum parking duration of 14 days; a partial day will be charged as a full day. Normal hourly rates will apply thereafter.
    2. For High Speed Rail Park & Ride, please redeem the offer by presenting either one of the following at the car park shroff office (near car park exit) before payment is made:
      1. High Speed Rail Reimbursement Receipt of the train journey (to / from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station) during the parking period or;
      2. The document used for ticket purchase.
    3. Day Parking is applicable from Mondays to Sundays from 08:00 to 20:00 on parking days.
  5. Night Parking (applicable to all station car parks except Kam Sheung Road Station)
    Night Parking is applicable from Mondays to Sundays from 20:00 on parking days to 08:00 the following day.

 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. For all hourly-charged parking, a partial hour will be charged as a full hour. As Park & Fly and High Speed Rail Park & Ride are charged on a daily basis, a partial day will be charged as a full day.
  2. For each car park transaction, the maximum transaction amount for VISA is HK$500 (HK$190 for credit cards issued by overseas card issuers) while the maximum transaction amount for Mastercard is HK$500 (HK$300 for credit cards issued by overseas card issuers).
  3. MTR Park & Ride offers (including Park & Fly) and High Speed Rail Park & Ride cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless otherwise specified.
  4. MTR Corporation Limited or the car park operator reserves the right to alter or terminate these offers at any time without prior notice, and reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
  5. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the Terms and Conditions herein.
  6. MTR Corporation Limited reserves all rights to apply the rules as stated in the “Conditions of Issue of parking ticket for MTR Corporation car park”.
