Automated External Defibrillators (AED) for staff to assist passengers in an emergency are already available in all MTR stations.
In support of the Hong Kong Fire Services Department’s initiative to encourage the timely use of AEDs to save lives, we are now providing additional AEDs in all Concourses and Platforms for immediate use by passengers. This will mean faster access to an AED in emergency situations where minutes matter and could save lives!
