AIRPORT EXPRESS JOYYOU CARD OFFER

Traveling on the Airport Express to get to the airport means you won't have to worry about traffic congestion. It takes you only about 24 minutes to travel from Hong Kong Station to the airport, with trains departing every 10 minutes. What's more, from 1 November to 15 December 2024, JoyYou Card holders can enjoy a 50% discount on Airport Express Octopus fares!

By presenting a valid JoyYou Card at the Airport Express Customer Service Centre* before passing through the gate, holders can redeem the offer and use the card for travel on the Airport Express from Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station to the airport, or vice versa, at discounted Octopus fares, saving even more on their journeys!

  • Promotion Period: 1 November to 15 December 2024.
  • Passengers must present their JoyYou Card at the Airport Express Customer Service Centre (excluding AsiaWorld-Expo Station) before entering or exiting the gate to redeem the offer and enjoy a 50% discount on Airport Express Octopus fares.
  • Offers claimed after entering or exiting the gate will not be accepted and passengers are required to pay the full Octopus fare for taking the Airport Express.
  • The offer must be used immediately after redemption. It will be cancelled otherwise.
  • The offer is applicable to the Airport Express journeys between Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi Station and Airport Station only.
  • The offer is applicable to passengers using a valid JoyYou Card only. It is NOT applicable to passengers using an Elder Octopus.
  • Passengers using the Free In-town Check-in Service at Hong Kong or Kowloon Station should redeem the offer at the Customer Service Centre of Hong Kong or Kowloon Station before entering the In-town Check-in area.
  • Passengers using this offer can still enjoy the Free MTR Connections. For passengers taking journeys starting with MTR lines followed by the Airport Express, the journey with the lower fare will be free.
  • Passengers using this offer can still enjoy the Free Return Journey when traveling to and from the Airport Station on the same day (except for journey between the Airport Station and AsiaWorld-Expo Station). However, it is not applicable to enjoy the special fare for Same Day Return Trips to AsiaWorld-Expo.
  • The offer is not applicable to passengers who purchase group tickets, smart tickets or QR Code tickets for taking the Airport Express.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  • The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
  • MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
