To view and print the MTR Student Travel Scheme Application Form on A4 size white paper, please download the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader software which is available for free at the Adobe Systems Incorporated website. Copies of form is also accepted.
Completed application form must be endorsed by the applicant's school and submitted to any MTR Customer Service Centre (except Airport Express stations, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Racecourse, Disneyland Resort, Sunny Bay, Wong Chuk Hang, Lei Tung, South Horizons, Hin Keng, Kai Tak, Sung Wong Toi and To Kwa Wan stations). For details of the application procedures, please refer to the application form.
