"My Tickets" allows you to enjoy a faster and more convenient way of travel with all your available electronic ticket(s) purchased via MTR Mobile.

- Prior to passing through the gate, log in to MTR Mobile and select "My Tickets" on the homepage. Choose the relevant e-Single Journey Ticket from the list.

- Scan the QR code at the QR code reader of the designated gates to enter or exit

- Once you have exited, you can check the ticket status in the "Ticket Transaction Record"
